This policy explains what InteractAV LLC collects through this website, why it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to visitors.

This policy applies to interactavstudios.com and related public contact channels operated by InteractAV LLC. It does not replace the privacy terms in a signed client agreement or the policies of third-party platforms linked from this site.

Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email, company, phone, preferred response method, event date, venue or location, project stage, service interest, production brief, technical details, and a link to materials you choose to share.
The site may also receive basic technical and attribution information such as IP address, browser and device details, landing page, referring page, and campaign parameters. Analytics or advertising technologies are used only when configured and, where required, after consent.

How information is used
InteractAV uses information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and deliver production services, schedule conversations, maintain project and business records, improve the website, understand campaign performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Inquiry information may be stored in Google Workspace tools used for email, calendars, and lead tracking. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual or legal requirements, and legitimate business records.

How information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers that operate the website, protect forms, deliver email, host business records, schedule meetings, or provide analytics. These providers process information for those functions under their own terms and safeguards.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or—with your direction—to production partners needed to evaluate or perform an engagement. InteractAV does not sell or rent personal information.

Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by InteractAV, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communication at any time.
Browser controls and the site’s consent controls, when present, can limit non-essential cookies or measurement. Blocking technical functions may affect parts of the site.

Security, children, and international access
InteractAV uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure. Do not send passwords, financial account details, access credentials, or unreleased confidential materials through standard email or another public contact channel.
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Visitors outside the United States understand that information may be processed in the United States.
