Media servers & playback
InteractAV designs media-server and playback systems for LED, projection, broadcast, and unconventional displays—then programs, tests, and operates them as part of the show.

The brief
The right playback system starts with actual outputs, resolutions, frame rates, color paths, content formats, cue behavior, and recovery requirements. Platform selection follows those needs rather than leading them.
We coordinate the content workflow, server configuration, switching and routing, synchronization, control, monitoring, records when needed, and practical backup states. Operators receive clear previews, labels, and cue logic.

Timelines, layers, compositions, mapping, presets, show control, content ingest, and version management.
Preflight, rehearsal, cueing, health monitoring, content changes, failover, and post-show archive.
Platforms
The final playback and real-time stack is selected for outputs, content behavior, operator needs, availability, support, and budget. Specific platforms and partner inventory are confirmed in the production scope rather than assumed from a generic equipment list.
Redundancy
A backup machine matters only if content, licenses, routing, sync, control, outputs, and operator procedures also work. We verify the whole failover path and document its limits.
