What the project needed to solve.

Festival shoppers, artists, and event organizers often move through disconnected product, ticket, content, and communication tools. Festly needed to become useful as a live storefront now while establishing a credible foundation for a broader connected platform.

The immediate experience also had to remain understandable to ordinary customers. It could not feel like a software roadmap disguised as a store.

Build the operating environment, not only the surface.

InteractAV approached Festly as an operating environment for a festival journey rather than a generic product catalog.

The public experience organizes products around practical festival needs, creates pathways for artists and independent brands, and provides a live environment in which commerce, event, and community workflows can be evaluated before wider platform expansion.

Scope that could be operated and refined.

These are system components used or developed within the project, not a claim that every planned capability is complete or used at every event.

  • 01Brand and experience architecture
  • 02Responsive storefront design
  • 03Festival product discovery
  • 04Trip and kit-planning interactions
  • 05Artist and independent-seller pathways
  • 06Event and ticketing workflow tests
  • 07Content and commerce coordination
  • 08Modular platform planning
  • 09Live iteration against practical use

What the system enabled.

Festly became a functioning public test environment rather than a static concept. The live storefront gives the team a place to operate product journeys, expose weak points, refine seller and event workflows, and make future platform decisions from practical use instead of assumptions.

Separate what is public from what is still being tested.

The current public layer is a live storefront. Seller, event, ticketing, community, and planning workflows remain active experiments or longer-term platform work unless they are visibly available in the public product.

  • Public now: storefront and product-discovery journeys
  • Active experiments: seller, event, ticket, and planning workflows
  • Longer-term development: a more connected modular platform

A digital layer designed around live communities.

Festly demonstrates InteractAV’s broader creative-technology capability: connecting the digital layer around live communities, events, products, content, and audience participation. That work supports, but does not replace, InteractAV’s core live-production focus.
